In this course students will learn to create sculptures from a variety of wire using pliers and wire cutters. An introduction to wire sculpture will be provided showing examples of small and large size sculptures. Students will learn how to safely handle material and tools in order to cut, attach and shape their ideas into a finished wire sculpture.


3-Day Workshop: Wed. May 20 - Fri. May 22:  10am-5pm (one hour for lunch 1pm-2pm)

Spring 2020: Base Tuition:  $305 + Materials Fee: $40 = Total: $345

  • Flat Nose and Chain Nose Pliers
  • Small Needle nose pliers (with spring)
  • Steel Ruler (optional)
  • 20 gauge copper wire (roll)
  • Roll of plain black mild steel wire (Hardware Store)
  • Roll of Elmers silver craft wire (Walmart)
  • A few different colour craft wires
  • Work Gloves (optional)
