This course is a follow-up to absolute beginner's Introduction to Drawing- extent your artisitic journey!  Through in-class exercises and demonstrations, students will explore observational drawing, learning how to see, how to translate light and shade, positive and negative space, capture gestures using line, volume, value, proportion, natural perspective, contour, composition and mark-making.

The focus on this 5 week session will be developing tonal drawings, learning to use both dry and wet media and an introduction to working with the figure and human form.
