Long considered as the go to tool for fine tuning digital photography and creating compelling and complex montages, Digital Abstracts introduces students to one more side of Adobe Photoshop. A purely digital course, Digital Abstracts prepares students to use digital photos, scans and online imagery as the basis of endless variations of abstract expression.  Students will learn the basics of Photoshop layering and advance into the use of digital blending and filter application in six project driven classes.

Notes: This course uses Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Basic knowledge of Mac computers and Mac OS 10.x or experience with Microsoft Windows. This course is suitable for beginner to intermediate-level students.
