This ONLINE 6 week course is experimental, its nature is not instructional, but rather inspired by our individual approaches. We will use “Immediate sketching”, which helps to identify new ideas and invites the integration of inner pictures from dreams and daydreams into more complex drawings, collages or other projects.
This course offers sketching and drawing in a group setting over ZOOM. It can include portraying each other, views out of our windows, interior views as well as sketching during a movie (screened online).
There will be a focus on community building, creating a relaxed, supportive atmosphere and playfulness. We will explore where we individually “come from” and want to “go to” and at the end of each class, we will look at our works in a relaxed, informal and supportive atmosphere.
Life during COVID might reflect in the outcomes as it does in the concept of the course.
