Learn how to create pottery on the wheel. Learn the techiniques to create functional stonewear pottery, including basics such as cups, bowls and plates. For those more experienced, learn how to create specialty pieces such as lidded jars, casseroles, serving dishes and more. The foundations of form and functionality along with learning age-old techniques will be the focus of this course.
12 Weeks: Base Tuition: $495 + Materials Fee: $45 = Total: $540Notes: $45 materials fee includes a bag of Cone 6 stonewear clay (20lbs), all firings, use of glazes and tools on site. Additonal bags of clay are available for purchase at TSA (note: all clay used at TSA, must be purchased from TSA)
